Did anyone buy this. My copy says 15+ on the BBFC rating which makes me a bit suspicious. Does anyone know if this is some local version like Gibraltar or something? The high ratings for the seller make me at least somewhat hopeful it isn't a fake...

It is a bit suspicious - a 15+ logo, and no digital copy...

It also appears to have at least one cut made to it. At least, I presume that the film isn't supposed to cut in the middle of the line "Bond... James Bond"...
Looks like I'm trying to send this one back...

A cut? Where? You mean like the film actually jumps? I've not opened mine yet. I've messaged xbiteworld to confirm it is a genuine version maybe from a minor UK territory not a fake- will post what I find out...

Their answer is that it is a UK version and: "Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
I understand where you're coming from, however, all I can tell you at this point that the item is the UK version as at the moment we don't know any different.
We can't generate a replacement for you as you may receive a copy that is the same as the one you do not want.
Would you like to send the item back to us for a full refund?
I hope to hear from you soon.
Many thanks,
Chloe"

It's absolutely not the standard UK release of the film, which has BBFC and Irish Film Classification Office logos on it, a digital copy in the box, and different language tracks. It may be a genuine copy, but it's a different version (I would presume for export to a specific market, though I'm not sure where other than noting that it has Arabic subtitles).
And yes, the film abruptly cuts after the first "Bond" in the "Bond... James Bond" line in order to reduce the length of a kissing sequence. It's quite painfully obvious. Mind you, I doubt the seller would have been aware of this. I am trying to organise a refund, but still waiting on a reply from them.

It would appear that the sellers have simply refunded me, without asking me to return it. Strange, but fine.

how did you go about getting a refund

I applied for a refund via eBay, stating that it did not match the picture in the listing and that it had cuts and so was not the item I had expected.
