Boots Crow Road in Glasgow has the old version of SMA Toddler Milk 1-3 reduced to clear at £2 per tin.
Was told it should be in every store as they have been advised to reduce all the old tin/packaging stock to £2.
They had 10 tins, I still use a lot so took 6 and left 4 as thought clearing the shelf was greedy.
Use by date was end 2017.
Good luck finding the remaining stock in all the other stores.

Interesting. Didn't think that shops were allowed to run promotions on formula! In fact they're not, it's illegal:

They can't reduce from birth milk, toddler or 6 month plus is fine. Great find op hope they have some in my store tomorrow

Fair enough, even though we bottle fed our three from about 2 weeks, I wasn't aware of that, was always a right pain in the backside to get any sort of discount on formula!

we use cow and gate 1-2 yrs for my twins just turning one next week..I too thought that you could never get a discount on formula but just recently discovered that the money off vouchers from tesco can used on them..for example bought 5 boxes at £8.25 then used £8 off £40 and it worked fine x

I'd have cleared shelf without regret. Fair play to op for leaving some.

I too would have cleared the shelf but we moved onto cows milk at 1. Pretty sure that unless your children have a certain allergy then normal milk is what is recommended for age 12 months plus.

Remember government 'recommendations' are not always best...
