Spotted a few good reductions on ales at Lidl.
Double stout and Amber ale down from £1.29 to 74 p a 500 ml bottle. Cheaper than their own brand.
Not on the website so may be local in Wellingborough.

Oh for goodness sake. I'm trying to leave the beer alone for a while. This is really not helping.
BTW "cheaper than their own brand" - I think Shepherd Neame brew some of the Lidl own brand ale, but not the Hatherwood cans which is brewed in France and is still cheaper than this.

They had over 20 boxes of each in my local. Hopefully some one can confirm whether it is in other areas.

Well why don't you keep your opinion to yourself, than shout out to world. We are all different from food to sex. I dont believe those should be shouted out either!

My comment of 'Good price. Awful brewery' was hardly shouting. I was agreeing it was indeed a good price but I didn't like their products. I believe this is a public forum and therefore people are allowed to express their views much like you are doing now in telling me I can't express my views and previously accusing me of being a troll.
If you like their beer then power to you. Sing it from the roof tops and let the world know you love their beer but by god if someone disagrees with you you'll chastise them over the internet because someone has a differing view on something.
