If you zoom in on the shelf edge label, you can see that it shows the weight as 400g, this is the label that prints for this product. I checked at the till and it is definitely scanning @ 50p each, the multi save is not active.

What's the difference between normal tuna and sandwich tuna

I find that tinned tuna comes in different cuts/grades, i.e. steaks, chunks or flakes. I think "sandwich tuna" comprises of mainly small flakes.

It's basically tasteless mush.

Cheaper in home bargains £1 for 3 although they are the flakes and in brine. Tuna is tuna though.

How is 3 for £1 cheaper than 3 for 50p?

It's a good deal but can't help but think it's mushed flakes in oil, I'll give it a miss!

Can this tuna be used on things other than sandwhiches?

I've been doing it for ages, just make sure there's no police around to see you.
