This is the C2 version with a shielded case (so won't mess up your GPS) and the newest lens.
These are probably the best dash cams you can buy for under £50 and are very discrete due to the small size.

I have both cameras.
I use a mobius in my two famly cars because they are so tiny they can not be seen from the outside so no worries off any smack heads smashing the windows to nick it.
I use the G1w in my taxi but have to remove it when its parked because of the chance it'll get nicked because it can clearly be seen from the outside.
Recording quality is excellent on both in daylight but the G1w is slightly better at night but the Mobius is still reallly good at night.
I bought all three cameras from amazon themselves a few years ago and they were genuine.

Had the original of this for some 4 years now - faultless!
However there are quite a few copies of them about - is this one?
Bought mine direct from the manufacturers on eBay - eletoponline365

+1 for eletoponline365 via ebay (if you don't fancy Banggood for any reason - I've no experience of them myself). I've bought several Mobiuses + various cables & mounts from eletoponline365 and their service is absolutely first rate.
Brilliant little cameras, wouldn't drive without one now.

Banggood are are a developer verified reseller. Can't find any other info backing that up but from the detail included in the post and a general look around the rest of the forum I see no reason to doubt.

These are well worth the money. I have one mounted just under my rear view mirror with the wiring going through the roof lining and down the door pillar to a power unit behind the stereo. Turns on when the car starts and off when the engines off - small, discreet and works brilliantly.

After hours & hours of research I bought one of these 2 yrs ago. it's still performing superbly, so good I bought another to act as a rear in-car camera.
They do run quite hot, so I have put mini self-adhesive heatsinks on the existing metal heatsink area. Well worth doing for longevity especially during summer months when cars can get very hot inside.

Any links to the heatsink you mention wirdy?

Got a link to the heat sink adhesives? Both front and rear get hot (very hot) when in use and warm weather. That's the heatsinks job I guess but over a year without issues. I do have the battery capacitor in the front and bought the lens cable so I could seperate lens from main body for a better angle but never used it as I haven't needed too. Other the cable and capacitor were cheap to buy from UK suppliers.
