You are correct, prices have been creeping up and the weight of a lot of items has been coming down. Some biscuits now have a lower weight but cost the same, tuna has reduced from about 160g to about 130g but same price and we noticed last week that the blue things you put in the toilet cistern to colour the water have reduced from a 4 pack to a 3 pack but will they still be 99p?

Still continue shopping there though.......

Me to I also miss the half price weekend deals which was a big saving for someone on a budget, now hardlyworth the effort only go in now if I'm passing which is not often. Big mistake by lidl me thinks

I like Lidl, mostly for some of the items that you cannot get anywhere else. But their "fresh" fruit and veg is very much it or miss, and with a sale going on, there are often only the worst pieces left (if at all).

Oh, and the Jamon Serrano is big fun and good value, but also a lot of work.
