Bit of a wait on this: 1 to 2 months to be dispatched!

How do you get Windows 10 Pro on this as mentioned in the spec. now that we have gone past the free upgrade period? Do they send an upgrade DVD?
Some business class systems are sold with what is called downgrade rights. So they come with a license for the current version of Windows Professional but also the right to use an older version. In this case 7 is installed and it will come with the media for 10. So you can move to 10 whenever you like, say after a bump on the head when you lose your common sense. :stuck_out_tongue:
It only applies to the Professional version for selected PCs.

That's very interesting, thank you but surely nothing to do with the description in this deal?

I get a feeling that the screen resolution is not quite as advertised. Not 1920x1080 is impossible to get at this price anyway.
I got this. Build quality was awful and I ended up sending it back because the CPU fan stopped working completely.
Dell Vostro 3559 is a much better price. No SSD but you can sell the HDD you get with it and buy a cheap SSD (I'd advise 256GB since the HD 520 can play a few newish games)
Also it does NOT have a full HD screen. It's 1366x768

That loophole is to be closed very soon. You'll need to use the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk to confirm you're an accessibility user.
It's not. This has been posted lots of times and Amazon have never changed the description. Since OP is only bothered about heat I reported it to the mods before any more people get tricked into buying it and having to return it.
