Looks like the one I bought from Argos for £100 odd quid a few months ago, I had to take it back it kept freezing and had to pul the plug also would forget to record things and was extremely sluggish, very sad as I loved the size of the device its very small as uses a laptop hard drive, it also had a great search facility where you could search up to 8 days by category or name shame it was useless and no firmware fix. Voted cold I am sure this is the culprit from the picture.

If you don't fancy the drive to Stanley, the rock solid BT Youview+ Humax T2100 boxes go for £45ish on ebay second-hand (and work with any broadband connection, not just BT). Very pleased with mine, the youview+ software is great, the remote recording app is surprisingly useful (lets me see and pick all the films in coming week).
