Its $15 on G2A for a RU/CIS code that can be activated by VPN then used worldwide

And run the risk of getting your steam account banned since its against steams subscriber agreement to use a VPN to get around regional restrictions. If you use a brand new steam account to do it on go ahead, but would highly advise against doing it on your regular steam account if you have a decent amount of games.

I just bought with the 5% like code, I have an MSI 1070 also and a new PC after selling xb1 and ps4. I was waiting for next Deus Ex in August, GTA will keep me busy until then :-)

If you just went from PS4/XB1 to PC, you've got a whole library to keep you busy. Including replaying everything you played on PS4/XB1 that's on PC too.
