"Touch"? My boss is quite the spendthrift and bought 2 of these. You have to jab down really hard on the release to get these to pop, so ours are more punch than touch!

I've been a chef for over 25 years and I can tell you categorically these are the absolute worst for kitchen hygiene - why would anyone want to touch a bin? Get yourselves a wide mouthed bullet bin with protruded lip for the same price at Homebase :wink:

I totally agree, I have a very strong aversion to touching bins. I've have always had pedal ones but my current one has only lasted 12 months with the pedaling wearing out so I shall look into your recommendation. Thank You :smile:
