I'm sure everyone who does suffer from spots or acne would have looked into all of the different skin cream options etc like younique.
Personally i have found that none of them work and are majorly overpriced.
Below is a way to clear your skin in no time at all for very little money.
Step 1: wash face with any shower gel
Step 2: wash face with simple soap (once or twice depending on if you wear make up and how much)
Step 4: apply zineryt face cream to affected areas (i normally do the whole face)
It smells absolutely horrible for 10 minutes but works an absolute treat and can be worn under make up. You can buy it online but i would recommend to get it on prescription. Each bottle lasts 30 days.
Thats it. Repeat morning and evening and you will be spot free in no time. I never used to go out without wearing make up due to my bad skin but now dont really need any at all.
For any red marks or spots which need extra coverage you can apply metanium as the zinc in it fights the infection and makes red marks disappear. Ideal to use under make up or over night
would this for a 20 year old guy, I get inflammatory red spots all the time around my forehead

When i googled it,it was possible to buy it for 10 pound but my doctor was happy to prescribe it so it works out slightly cheaper to pay the prescription fee

Absolute nonsense post.
Acne is a skin disease and can't just be cleaned up with some soap.
If you have it then go and see your doctor who'll give you proper treatment.

Clearly you are not an Acne sufferer! If you were you would know each individual's case is different and many attempts to clear it with prescribed treatments would of been tried. However most of us find changing soap products, diet and skin care moisturisers along with holistic treatments work better. Despite it being an ongoing process to treat as your skin may become used to a treatment that did work wonders a few months before. Chemical imbalances....

I have found that my trigger was anything caffeine based so i had to switch to decaf for everything :'(

I have it on my back it's a disease, out of nowhere they come then I scratch, peel then a black mark then you scared for life. I can never take my top of because I'm shy and scared how people would react so just never go out anymore

It's on prescription, it's very good, contains erythromycin that's an antibiotic an zinc which helps reduce the swelling an healing.

I think thats pretty much it and will cost you next to nothing as everything apart from the zineryt should last at least 2 - 4 months if not more.
