Good price, but I'd personally look at paying slightly more and staying in the south.

Yes you could easily change accommodation options and transfers, this was just one option.
Belfast > Tenerife has got to be the most travelled flight path on the planet.

PDC is in the north and I've been there in our winter months, it tends to rain frequently and the temps are several degrees below that of the south of the island, if you want English style weather then its fine, if you want more sun then stick to the south.
