Eventually managed to get mine had to live
chat with Amazon to get them to give me a online voucher code to get it to work

Contacted them via live chat and they told me to place the order and they would apply the discount code.

Same happened to me at first, you need the one from Amazon and it keeps putting one from a seller through (True Tec). I had Amazon chat send me a link and it worked.

Thank you OP after an Amazon chat session I have my box ordered for free. It kept saying 0.00 on summary but 21.99 on confirmation, it kept putting one from a seller 'True Tec' through instead of the Amazon one. All sorted now :-) great find thank you!

I ordered one free on a student prime account. You have to create a baby wish list first and then add something to it. Then go back to the list and on the left you can claim the box.

I've just claimed it. I had to go back to the item page and add the box with Amazon as the seller and remove the "offer" box from my basket. Showed up as 21.99 initially but changed to 0.00 at the confirmation :smile:

This should be the link for the item which should show as free if the promotion has been applied. Make sure you add the amazon one.

having trouble with this one too. have a baby wish list with this item in it, no claim button though. add item to cart as instructed by live chat and it goes in at £42, then removes item from wish list haha

hopefully this live chat person can sort it out

its a bit fiddly guys, i had to click on a few different headers saying baby wish list before it popped up on the left, but it is your actual baby wish list and its not very clear on the left, just take you time it is there, mines just been despatched and i only joined prime on wednesday, not a free trial.

No, the terms state you must complete your trial and then be a prime member, you can't do it whilst on a trial prime membership.

worked for me after about half an hour. worth persevering. it's the 46.99 box that's free not the default 21.99 box. just keep trying.

ive created a wish list added 4 items to it and it wont work on my student account?

Don't add the product from these pages, you need to log in or create a baby wish list https://www.amazon.co.uk/baby-reg/homepage from this link + be full Prime member. You then get to see the box. If you do it the other way, it will not discount because it won't know if you have the list or Prime automatically.

No doesn't work on free trial. I joined prime then ordered and cancelled prime and they will refund you £4 of that months few so technically I paid £3.99 for the box but still worth it. If that helps anyone

By the way, the 'claim box' does not show on mobile so I had to log in via PC. You can also select 'desktop' or 'full site' on my iPad.

I just don't get it. I've created a list, added the item to the wishlist as well as a whole load others but can't see anything else. Where is it supposed to show as 0.00? do i move it to my basket?
