seems like an inexpensive way to mount a small tv or pc monitors.
It does not have an arm to change the view but I was looking for a static one anyway.
Bought 2 of these when they were £2.49. They're really strong - I wanted my iMac and second monitor fixed next to each other (didn't want moving ones) and they were perfect.
Says the weight limit is 15KG - my iMac is 11kg (ish) and I reckon it'd hold a fair bit more than that, so more than adequate for 32" TVs etc as long as it's 100x100.
Edit: One thing to note - the clearance behind for cables is very small. If your cables poke out the back of your TV, you might need right angle adapters for power/hdmi/antenna etc. But this is a problem with all of these tiny brackets.

Make sure the back of your TV doesn't have any cables that stick out or you won't be able to wall mount it this close. You'll need either side or bottom connectors.
