Been waiting for this to go cheaper online but it's been at the £8-10 mark and saw this in Fopp in Manchester for £6 which was definitely the cheapest I've seen it.

From what I gather yes, it is the same as the cut only released on DVD from region 1 years ago. Not sure what the transfer is like as I've not watched it yet but the original BD was pants, so it should be better than that
