Worth buying for renovating a house that hasn't been decorated in parts since the 70s? Already have a cordless hammer drill; I'm guessing the sparky will do any channeling as part of a rewire?

Yes, but if you do the chasing it could save you ££. Always handy to have a lead power drill in your diy shed

Got this when originally posted - have now managed to drill through concrete walls to fit on wardrobe cabinets - was struggling with older non-sds drill on hammer setting but this bosch went through concrete with very little effort. Thanks for this deal.
