Tesco Galston has reduced their 4 pack of Mars Bars to 37p in a reduced to clear section. Might be nationwide, im not sure though, and also not sure of date, as i didnt buy any as not a fan of mars bars.

This is very likely to be a One Off in this store only deal.

Tesco Reduced to Clear offers are normally selected stores. A few Tesco stores will have this product at this price, and all other Tesco stores normal price.

Fun sized almost,
Just a tip, Tesco usually does 3 for £1.20 on individual chocolate bars personally i feel this is a better deal as they are all full sized.
