my daughter bought a whitening toothpaste for £15. I bought this for £1 and this is far better than hers except for the baking soda aftertaste that stays in your mouth for sometime.

Poundland sell a few in the Arm & Hammer range including one that is still baking soda but with a minty taste and a gritty feel the paste. It does a good job removing plaque.
My dentist asked me what I use and told me that my teeth are in really good shape buy those gums will gave to come out

Just to resolve the confusion - this is the same pack that Poundland and Poundworld have, so no cheaper.
The con is that it weighs 125 grammes - but in volume terms that only gives you a relatively small volume of 75ml.
Opening post
whitening with baking soda
great add on if you need to make up £20

I have seen it in Lidl (Uxbridge) as well, price was cheap but can't remember it the exact amount.
