Thanks OP, no brainer for £1! Heat added!
EDIT: Used some virtual cash I already had with them from previous purchases to buy it.
FYI, it's currently saying "Sorry, this serial is currently out of stock, you will receive it within 24 hours of the next working day".
EDIT 2: Serial came through in a couple of hours

You'll need a VST (or Audio Units on the Mac) host. Tracktion 5 has just been made free and would be a perfect host for this

Lots of fun even if your not majorly into music it instantly makes sound when loaded and requires no foreknowledge.

One of the version of Pro Tools is free now too (http://www.avid.com/pro-tools-first) so you could plug the VST's into that too.

Pro Tools first has a few limitations Tracktion 5 is the better freebie option.

Yes and no. Pro Tools doesn't use VSTs. Pro Tools First is free... and comes with Xpand2 included. So it's all good

Got this, cheers. I'll try it later. Just hope it's not a pain in the ass with anti piracy nonsense. I got the trial of the riser last week and what load of hassle for a trial product. Why not just have a simple serial number because it'll get pirated anyway and only tortures legitimate users.
I got a couple of waves plugins a few years ago and just give up on them with the hassle of installing different things for activation etc. You can get all the waves plugins online in a pack for free with no hassle installing really quiet easily so it makes u wonder how many legit customers they've potentially lost with that malarky.
Just having a rant about this company but doesn't take away one but from the deal
PS on this note Xfer set a great example with either no hassle at all or a simple serial number

If you want to try a capable, minimum hassle DAW, try Reaper (reaper.fm). The trial only has a 5 second timer nag screen at start up, and is fully functional.

I've tried installing this along with Tracktion 5, (64bit) and it doesn't seem to want to play nice. It finds the plugin, but just sits there.
I signed up with iLok etc, reset a few times. I can't get it to work.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I cannot seem to install this to work on FL studio. I used iLok and activated the key, but no luck! Any one get theirs to work??
As I say, Traction 5, finds the plugin after I point it to the folder where I've installed it. Once it's found the Xpand!2.dll, it just sits there at 0%.
