Cheapest price I have seen for Tropico 5 Penultimate Edition, got some half decent reviews so hopefully will help somebody like me who likes this kind of game, but hasn't got a PC set up to play it.

Heat added, it's about 50 million dollars on the Xbox store.

standard xbox store price then. Even on sale the games are usually much cheaper elsewhere

Does anyone know how this differs from the version that came out about a year ago for PS4/Xbox One? Is it just a re-bundle of the game and the extra DLC released since the last one?
As I got the basic version free on PS Plus, I think I'll let this one get cheaper but still interested in picking it up at some point...

its got all the dlc thats it. but the price of the dlc its the cheaper way to go than buying the base game and DLC, i'm not sure the DLC is even working now on the PS4 got it a couple of months ago and i coudn't buy the dlc even though its in the store.
I'll give it a shot at that price  Had a few quid in points too.

Holy fudge now they're releasing "penultimate" editions? this means there will be another edition for it? Wow.

'Penultimate' refers to the character 'Penultimo' in the game, El Presidente's assistant/general/whatever.
Good price for a good game!

In fairness I was thinking the exact same thing until I twigged about Penultimo!
It's a good pun but not the best marketing idea lol

Got this free on PS+ last month but got bored after half an hour. Not for me, but does seem good if you're into this type of game

"got some half decent reviews"
£25 for a game that some consider 'half decent'?

Emphasis on 'some'. For fans of strategy games and citybuilders Tropico is awesome. Really funny and great building/mock-political gameplay. And yeah, I'd say £25 for a recently released game that is generally rated well at full price and took a full development team a couple years to make is worth a bit of money. Just because this is HUKD doesn't mean everything has to cost a fiver, and not every game has to be Uncharted/Call of Duty/Forza to make it worth buying...

Haha yeah I know, right? I only found out because I saw it mentioned in a forum somewhere!
