They have quite the cheek to charge £1.99 delivery for a steelbook in a thin card envelope, that is 90% likely to result in your steelbook being smashed to bits, followed by a painstaking dialog which involves you having to rebut derisory 10% off your ruined order purchase price and demand a refund then pester them for the required label..

They used to smash your stuff up for free!

That's what amazon UK charges for postage to UK as well. And amazon UK charges way more for orders that go outside of UK. Zavvi charges only 2 pounds for those countries also. And amazon requires you to order 20 pounds or more in total to get free delivery. And Amazon even has worse packaging than Zavvi.

I ordered possibly 200+ steelbooks from zavvi and only had a tiny few of damaged cases.
