I call my missus "pet", does this mean I can make her use this?

In the listing it says:
•Manufacturer's 5 year parts and labour guarantee.
Will this apply?

Make sure you get confirmation - you usually have to register with the manufacturer.
When I got my Samsung washing machine a few months back the paperwork did not mention the 5 year warranty and neither did the Web site when I went to register so I phoned up and they did it over the phone and sent me a 5 year warranty confirmation EMAIL.

if it is listed with that...Vax should honour it. to be fair Vax are pretty good with their warranty.

i have this model. is very good but after 2 years or so the power brush has govern up the ghost. i need to look into the warranties route.
the filters need cleaning a lot more often than dyson but it's not brittle like duson plastics

When a pint of beer cost £4 in a pub, how can anyone sell a vacuum cleaner for 11 pints of beer? Mad world

I quite agree, it's madness how cheap some things have become, almost disposable items.
I can buy my missus a cheap iron for our anniversary from Asda for £8.50 or take her out for the night to our local Hilton Hotel and buy her a small glass of wine for the same price! Not sure which of these she would appreciate the most?

Don't need it, ordered and heated.

Just took delivery of this vacuum.
Out of the 4-5 head tools only one will run easily over the carpet at full suction.
The rest(esp the main carpet tool) all lift up the carpet at high suction or judder along at low suction lifting very little dirt.
If you have hard floors then it may be okay!
Coming from a Dyson this is a very poor vacuum and I will now have to go and shop for a replacement Dyson!!
Good luck to all that bought at what was a very good price!!

Should be marked as expired, they no longer have it in stock.

Ours arrived, and it's bloody brilliant. We have hard floors down stairs and it works great, will try upstairs on the carpets tomorrow. Thanks OP

You have to have the minimum of a gold fish.
