After coming back from a short break, i'm already looking around for my next trip! Spotted British Airways had a sale on LM, then spotted some cheap flights to Denmark via Ryanair from as little as £27.98pp plus atm you get £15 cashback via Earnaway so looking at from £7 odd EACH WAY which is insane.
Perfect for a short break :)
Well worth looking at the other flight sales as the £15 applies to any flight

Despite what they say Luton is not London!

Just bare in mind, Lastminute operate indian call centres who are filled with lying, thieving scum.
Tried to change the date on an event ticket, which was no problem at all, but had to make 13 calls, got outright lied to 13 times, insisting I must buy another ticket. Blatant incentives for denying changes. Eventually had to quote the venue staff who said it was absolutely no problem, and to stop lying that they said it wasn't possible. The venue staff even said "If they're still being difficult, just call us direct and we'll sort it". Wouldn't touch such a dishonest company again personally, unless you're comfortable with the possibility of losing your money.

Usually the way, the train to London will cost me more than the flights!

And if you take the bus, the bus from London will take longer than the flight to Copenhagen!

I remember 2 mates took the megabus to Amsterdam for £4 once, cost them £70 to get to London to get the bus though!

Good price, for some reason Copenhagen flight from Luton are often bargains. We went last year and loved it there. It wasn't cheap though, so not a good place for a lads/lasses drinking weekend. But if you are a couple, and go for a couple of drinks rather than twenty, then £5 a beer is fine. Lots of free things to do there too - including the mermaid which is even more underwhelming than you'd expect.

I worked from Copenhagen for a few months, commuting every week (out on Monday, back on Friday). I think part of the reason Luton flights are cheap is that there's a lot of business traffic on the route - so obviously if the company's paying, Luton is probably the last choice. BA from Heathrow by comparison is entirely packed with business travellers and that drives prices up for the popular airports/airlines.
Agreed that there's lots to see and do. The Little Mermaid is really little. Really, really little. My Danish colleagues said the only reason to see her is just to say that you did. The main problem is that for the summer season, most hotels cost twice as much as usual (imagine up to £300 a night for a Marriott), which will quickly eat up your cheap flight savings.

Remember to save 10,000 before going so you can get a couple of Euros to buy food!

Denmark (very sensibly) didn't join the Euro, but it is very expensive there.
