The deal is for 2 towers as they are £4.95 each before VAT so one on its own would not reach the £5 minimum order value CPC require to qualify for free delivery. You can of course order just one with a different item if you so wish to get free delivery. I ordered it based on seeing it in a CPC catalogue I received in the post at the weekend which made no mention of it being surge protected but having received it today I've found it is in fact surge protected. On viewing the website listing there is in fact a big clue in the product title - 2710SURGEBLK, which leads me on to mention it is coloured black. Seems to me to be a bargain at this price.
