Note that the Amazon ranking for sales is 264,000 so £79 is way out to start with

Yes, title should be modified. CPC's headline prices are ex-vat.
Bargain though; good reviews. Speeds up ironing 100%.
To prolong the life of my steam generator in a hard water area I use only kettle boiled water.
1: Boil full kettle; allow to rest so carbonates settle to bottom and water cools;
2: Carefully decant water into jug, pouring thru fine cloth filter.
Have some heat.

Polti quality has gone downhill. I wouldn't buy this.

Ionised water is best for these. Just speak to one of those window cleaners who do it from the ground as these use the same. My one gives me a 50l drum for a fiver. Iron is still good as new
No its not a mistake, the cataolgue that they send when you subscribe has the sale price on it, you then put that order code into the website which is different to the actual online order code hence you get the cheaper cataolgue sale price

Tap water for £5? :man: The drum itself must be worth more than that surely

Even at £40 is a good deal
