Comparing this model to the other cheaper gamerock model
This one lacks:
RGB lighting
Backplate
Dual Bios
Copper base ???
Worth noting this is a 2 slot card and not 2.5 like other palit models.

Best 1070 deal yet - it still seems quite pricy though
Just Wondering

Looking good , tempting offer !!! I have a 290 , the 1060 is a sidegrade , but this is just a tad toooooo pricey...when I wish upon a star , I hope for a 289 - 299 price in the near future....but UNLIKELY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome pick. At 8GB is one of the favorites for a Xbox replacement.

It's way, way, way faster than an Xbox one when paired with a half decent system. I own both.

Compared with the strix 1060 also on overclockers site at 329 !!! the Palit 1070 looks like a real bargain

For this price and in stock, got to be the best deal so far. Like people have mentioned, not much more than a 1060. Its still a big purchase though. Would like to get a 1070 within the next couple of weeks. Do I go for this one or hold out for a future deal. Decisions.

Well , just think in a month or so's time , stock of the 1060 , 1070 , 480 will be plentiful...prices will start to come down , not dramatically , but will start to drop , you might even start to see some 980ti deals at killer prices , as they cull the last of the remaining stock , perhaps a 980ti at say 269.99 , would be a very tempting deal , in the middle type of offer price wise , older tech , but still great performance.

Not much more than a 1060? 1060s are going for over £100 less.

Please excuse the lack of a bench for the Palit Dual variant. I can't seem to find one.
