I use these. Very soft bristles but ok as a general brush or just throwing after use. Not good with thick paints though. Use on emulsion. Stains. Zinsser bin. I have used on waterbased gloss but I prefer a stiffer bristle with this type of paint. I'll stock up though. Heat

I use these and the dearer 2" ones they do. I make hand made solid wood furniture and kitchens for a living and they're my go to brushes for varnish, oils and Farow and Ball eggshells. They're reasonably thick and they give a very smooth finish and whilst they're not lossless they hardly shed any bristles. One thing with these is the tin isn't stainless so they rust easily. I've used far more expensive brushes over the years with no better and sometimes worse finishes. At the everyday price they're a bargain so knocked down you can't go wrong! :smiley: Heat added.
