This is a great barbecue. I have got almost the exact same one, just the model from a couple of years ago. The lava rocks are great for adding flavour. The one thing I wish it came with as standard is a rack on both sides. I never use the flat griddle or whatever its called. 2 racks would make it great for large parties - I can easily cook for 8 people at a time, but 2 racks would make that 16+. Not sure if you can get a second rack as an add-on?

Yes, you can get a rack to replace the griddle. We use the griddle for things like halloumi cheese, that I was always dropping between the wires on the rack
