I am not feeling the excitement here. 9/10 Indie titles I have ever tried on Eshop have not been great.

there's suggestion that it is valid in the UK and that it appears on the 3DS eShop as an item with a 100% discount (i.e. "free")
£4.50-£9 = 10
£9-£18 = 20
£18-25 = 30
£25-£30 = 40
£30-£35 = 50
£35-£40 = 60
£40-£50 = 70
£50+ = 80
