Most balls are deflated , but a lot of sports shops will inflate .

I've Got this and it's not great. It's feels like less that half the weight of a regular football meaning the shots go flying and you have to change your technique when playing with it, which messes up your ability to play with a regular ball. But for a kick around in the park this is great. also the ball eggs up very quickly.

Seems a decent deal, but noticed they also had a white Adidas chapions league ball on sale, so went for that instead:
