Looks great so have some heat.
If there is one potential problem it's that a lot of new TV's come with stands at each end and I'm not so sure that it would fit underneath.

I think you are supposed to stand the TV on the top like a sound base.

That's what I was alluding to.
There are more and more TV's with stands at each end, which would not enable this to happen, so the plate would likely have to be moved somewhere else, which might not be easy or desirable.
Shame really as this is a corking box for this price.

It only stands 6cm high so it's possible it could still fit below the screen but these devices work perfectly well on a shelf below the TV as well

Bought this same one a few months ago. Though works well with my lg tv, can use the tv remote to control it etc the sound is poor. It is very boomy if you know what I mean. I would not recomend this even at this price.

Shame it's sold out. I have this exact model and it's under a 32" LG TV. Exactly like the first post, that TV does have two legs at each end of the display which means the sound base has to go behind the TV, rather than standing the TV on top of it. It fits snugly between the legs though which is a plus.
As for the sound quality - well, obviously it's much better than the TV speakers. It's got several 'modes' and a simple EQ so you can set the treble, bass and sub volume independently.
I tend to use it in the evening and select the options for "night mode", "normalise" and I also turn the LED display off as it's quite bright.
It's connected via Optical link which means turning the TV up or down can be done via the remote for the sound base or TV remote.
I also use the bluetooth features which was a major selling point. I connect my laptop or phone to it whenever I'm getting ready to go out. If my phone is connected, I can just walk out and the unit will lose connection and power down itself.
