It's great that GAME has this avail so anyone can pre-order if they want to own and use one with their Wiimotes (as they've got the Wii CCP port) optionally to the Mini NES.
I'd pre-order one but I've already got two ordered and that's enough for me.

And GameCube controllers with the Mayflash adapter to plug them to the Wiimotes.

What's considered a deal is subjective. This for me is a great price because not only it's under £10 but also officially produced by Nintendo so couldn't careless it's the RRP it doesn't make it invalid to be a 'deal'.

Are you living on Jupiter? When does a company's share price reflect the quality of its games. Pokemon GO? Hardly a bastion of creativity. An 15-year old game with the same concept it has always possessed, tweaked slightly for the mobile masses. A nice piece of marketing I'll grant that

Can I use wii controllers for the mini nes?
Spasho to hass123

Yes, you can use CCP controllers on the Mini NES but that wouldn't be the authentic experience.
I get what you're saying but I'm happy to pay it at this price.

If you consider Pokemon Go a "game". According to the reviews it is pants. Nintendo shoukd just put in the towel and concntrate on developing games for other platforms, occasionally they do make gems.

Take it easy m9, I don't think this thread has crisis meeting being organised at all the online retailers.
If some guy can post a "deal" that saves a penny on another persons "deal", then this post right here is just fine.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I read that you could buy a separate controller, quoted $10 on IGN and was intrigued how much it would end up being over here.
As I said before, 2 weeks after this releases, Black Friday, the console and the controllers will undoubtably be well discounted.

Just wait until the end of the year. Heard a little rumour that there's a HD SNES being released. Same style as the original, 32GB hard drive, WiFi/Ethernet, connected to the Nintendo store and you can run Nes/SNES/GC games.

Are you living on the moon? Nintendo's share price has just gone up $15bn in the last few days, with one particular game set to bring in $4bn this year alone. That'll be plenty of spare change to produce more games than ever before, console and mobile alike.

Cold, no good 'nostalgic' console coming out soon the NES Mini and embarrassingly it doesn't even support 4K which any old phone nowadays can do, nor any type of remaster on the small library which can't even be updated, and of course no support for cartridges.

Wii remote expansion port.
aka bit you stick the nunchuk in.
I guess some recent news sites think it's trendy to give it an acronym and call it the classic controller port, something most people never used it for.
Oddly both the classic controller and the pro version had ceased production a few years back. They could have made better use of it as the controller as it is really nice to use.

Probably worth buying and keeping boxed for the future. I've got 4 Hori pads and a couple of the original classic controllers - the NES ones aren't ergonomic enough for me to want to use one but would jump all over a SNES one.

I'm not trying to be an ass but with your logic HUKD would just be full of RRP prices. I understand people's excitement but just wait. Why would retailers feel the need to drop prices when they see deals like this go hot? Most retailers visit this site I'm sure and that is how we end up with competitive prices. RRP doesn't really help anyone.

Spasho to oUkTuRkEyIII
18 Jul 163#8
And? It's still a deal, imo. £7.99 is a great price for an NES controller albeit it's CCP-version.
GameStop has it for £9.97 or something and that's if you're buying over £20 orders otherwise the shipping will cost £2.00. It was also in stock at Zavvi a few days ago but not anymore.
It's the Wii Classic Controller Pro port so you can connect these NES controllers to your Wiimote instead.
As stated before, this is available also at GameStop and was on Zavvi too.
Hopefully that'll be the case unless it sells out.
