Actually went to try these today.....unfortunately although my father loved them....I cannot stand the taste of chocolate ice cream & that was the overwhelming taste.......Dad's happy though as I left the rest of the box with him

This is the ingredient list so check for yourself if they are suitable.......as a carnivore I'm happy either way

Use to be one of my favourites until they started covering the ice cream in dark brown cardboard. Nothing to stop you scraping the cardboard off and enjoying the ice cream 'au naturel' I suppose.

Pistachio ice cream - Yum!
My local store in Llanelli had a refit last year and chiller cabinets and freezers appeared as part of this. I'm off work on Friday so I hope they'll still have them in stock then.

It's probably because chillers and freezers are expensive to roll out to lots of stores in one go, as well as their chilled and frozen distribution might not be up to handling lots of stores yet

Times have changed, I just remember going with my mum from school and buying poppets then walking 3 miles ahead of my mum so I wasn't spotted being associated with someone parading home&bargain bags.

I was going to say exactly the same. Have been to 40 or 50 different stores & don't remember a freezer. That said , i don't think any of them had fridges when they first opened. Think i've been to both Selby & Scunthorpe stores in the past , but would have been years ago.
