Just a heads up, you might not get long out of this games online features, they're shutting the servers in Japan, NA/EU may well follow.
i can understand shutting them down for the older games but why close them for 3

LBP 1, 2, 3 are staying online elsewhere as confirmed by MM via Twitter. The closing of servers for those three is only in Japan.

Doubt that. They did the same thing with PlayStation home shutting it down in Japan then a few months later shut it everywhere.

some of the best levels came from Japan so it's a shame. they really should look at preserving these levels for the future. If like a feature where you could download the levels to play offline.

This game was extremely unplayable for me. I bought on ps4 hoping it would be like lbp 1 but it was a different game completetly.
10mins worth of story
Playing with others online had horrible lag
Difficult to find the fun and simple community games like there was on lbp1
It is just a very messy game IMO and ive only spent 1 hour playing it then left it.
My main point would be down to it having too much online and not enough main story/single player. Would b ok if online at least worked well

I agree with some of what you say but keep at and it will grow on you, there are some great community levels out there.
Plus the additional characters are fun, Toggle & Oddsock, Swoop not so much. New features like portals, helmet rail, skateboarding, and other neat gadgets are great.
It does have its fair share of problems and was released way before it was ready. Sumo Digital rushing it out for Chrimbo release plus squeezing too many new features into the game caused quite a few problems.
Oh and I'm on PS3 so imagine the additional headaches that I've had to suffer with lbp3.

Ill b honest i havent played 2. I dont know why but i found the graphics in 1 was better than 3 despite being in ps4. Mayb its just bcoz theres just less going on.

I thought 2 was very good, I'd recommend it if you still have PS3
