Suitable for Ni-Cad, Ni-Mh and many standard rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, with additional USB output for charging mobile devices
With intelligent charge control, individual slot monitor, charge indicator and automatic shut-off after 17 hours.
Doesn't mention 3 year warranty in description, but Im thinking it will have, as majority of Lidl electronics products do.

Anything on the market that can charge AAA, AA, C, D and also 18650 batteries?

I have Xtar VC4 which does all those, but only use it for the lithium batteries, I have another one (powerex wizardone) for AA,AAA etc. It works with a standard 2a wall charger, but I bought the official 2.1a wall charger.
Yes it has 3yr warranty, seems a reasonable price for a charger with 7 battery slots and usb output.
Technical specifications:
For battery type (Ni-Cd / Ni-Mh / Li-Ion approximately 3.6-3.7 volts):
Micro (AAA)
Mignon (AA)
Baby (C)
Mono (D)
Li-Ion Battery
USB output (1000 mA)
from Lidl DE does not mention if it will charge Li-ion 18650 types.

Looks like it charges flat rectangular type mobile phone/ camera li-ion batteries and not 18650
unfortunately, non-removable batteries become more and more prevalent

Does it have delta-v charging? ("intelligent"?)

This looks like a decent charger. According to the link that melted just posted it looks like it even has an automatic discharge for Ni-Cd batteries, so they won't suffer from the Ni-Cd "memory" effect problem. I'm not sure why it claims to do the same with Ni-Mh batteries, because those don't suffer from the same problem, but it shouldn't hurt them to be discharged.
The 1000mA USB output is a bit disappointing, so that's going to be a slow charge on a tablet or smartphone, but it's still better than nothing.
Good value for £15

I know Ni-Mh are not supposed to suffer from memory effect, but some of my Ni-MH Eneloop and other LSD batteries had lost over half their capacity as measured by the lacrosse look-alike battery charger I bought from 7-dayshop recently.
The discharge-recharge mode on it which repeats until the battery's measured capacity stops going up, fully recovered the original capacity of some of them, and made a significant improvement to the rest.
I had been using a much earlier version of the lidl charger which has an automatic discharge phase like the current model to charge them for the last few years, so I guess the Lidl charger isn't very effective at compensating for the harm done by its somewhat high charge current.

"Ensure that the charging contacts (5) are only in contact in the positive and
negative terminals of your Li-ion battery. The polarity and voltage of the
rechargeable battery catwalk are recognised automatically by the battery
charger. Li-ion often have more than two contacts. Connecting the charging
contacts (5) with the other contacts of your Li-ion battery could destroy your
battery."
End well, this will not.......

Shame they don't seem to be selling the low self discharge batteries to go with (Tronic eco energy), just standard rechargeable. Need some D cells.

This appears to be for the right model for further details and instruction manual:- http://www.lidl-service.com/cps/rde/SID-29A37244-A4D3A113/lsp/hs.xsl/product.html?id=177162257&rdeLocaleAttr=en&title=Universal%20Charger

The original version could charge 2 x 9V nimh batteries instead of supporting li-ion phone batteries, which I think was more useful.
