Got to agree. I have Virgin, PS3 (used for Rocksmith and sounds like a tank now so no good as a BD player), Fire Stick, Chromecast, NowTV and a BluRay player. I have to swap stuff round to use them.

I don't understand why TVs have so few hdmi ports, the cost can't be high. I guess it pushes people to upgrade. My old Sony has 4 and they are all full.

Surely you only ever really need one hdmi on the back of the tele? Everything else plugs in to your AV receiver/sound bar no?

As I don't have a sound bar can you enlighten me please? So 2 hdmi. If I have a virgin box, a fire stick and a ps4, how does sound bar work? Genuinely I know zero about sound bars

I don't think most people who are looking to buy this would also be looking at a Av receiver that would likely cost as much as the TV itself.

Very average

Well my soundbar (Yamaha YSP-2500) has 3 or 4 hdmi "in" on the back of it. I plug all my bits in to the soundbar, and then one lead goes from the soundbar to the tele. Same as when I ran an AV amp - everything plugs in to the amp, then you plug the amp in to the tele. So the TV (which for some reason I keep calling a tele) only needs one HDMI for me.
