Yes, i have the normal sized chef one which i use for making bread almost daily, and it's never missed a beat.

Looks a good deal. I was going to buy a KitchenAid one for my gf but apparently the Kenwood's are good.
She's a great baker who might start selling her treats so I wanted something quite decent.

I would always go for the Kenwood rather than the KitchenAid, as its a big machine and reliable, so would be handy if she does decide to bake commercially.

Very powerful and so cheap you don't knead much dough , every cook kneads one of these and yes if you're into serious whipped cream, omelettes and the like it never misses a beat

I have the smaller Chef Premier and use it most days. I paid more than this for it (£175) on offer and still wish I could have afforded the Major at the time, for the larger bowl and stainless dough hook. I've got some accessories, the ice cream 'stirrer', glass chopping/grinding jar set and the mincer. To be fair, I hardly ever use them nowadays. The think I would have liked it the glass blender goblet instead of the plastic one, which some sets include as standard and my cheaper one didn't.
Having a Kenwood makes baking more routine, I wouldn't be without mine. This is a fantastic price.
edit: Seems to be £185 now, and it doesn't appear to come with a blender goblet at all. Worth checking what's included before buying.
