I think it's broken. Gamers need to be aware that the consumers rights act 2015 can also be applied to software.

thanks. thought it might still be because the last rumour i heard the problems are so deep seated that the only way to fix them would be to more or less start from scratch rebuilding the game from the ground up

I paid £25 the week after release and felt extremely ripped off
I still wouldn't go for it at the price personally, it's just. Bad bad game

Not even worth £5 considering how broken it is. And at this point, don't expect it to be fixed. Patching only lasts as long (or as much) a publisher is willing to budget for it. Given that the game mega bombed in sales, there's very little reason why the publisher would knock out a decent budget for patching.
