i bought a toshiba 120w bar with all this spec from argos last month for £39 and it wasn't a sale. It's a really well made bar...love it.

2.1 means two speakers and a subwoofer (added together makes the 100 W ). Better off spending a bit more to get a 5.1 . 200W.
Cheap soundbars tend to come with subwoofer in the bar and sound no better than the tvs speakers , the OPs appears to be a separate subwoofer , so this not a bad deal if you are on a budget .

Picked this up. Not half bad. Works at expected; a dramatic upgrade from your TV speakers but don't expect it to blow you away. Definitely worth the price IMO.

Thank you OP, just placed an order. I was not expecting a miracle sound from this item but anything could sound better than my recently bought Samsung TV
