Ok deal.
Was £11.89 during the summer sale for Steam key, and has been £10 at local club shops before.
Probably worth waiting until the new one is out now.

Was £10 at club shops whilst they had stock at the start of the season yeah....
Its dropping in price and will be £10-£13 now until October when will drop to £10 or less. New one will be £29.99 most places first week of November.

I gave up on this game years ago when it became too detailed and ultimately too hard and boring. Bring back the glory days of the 1997 version!

They have a version called touch which I think is included when you buy the full version which is more like the old champ man, assistant takes over most of the boring stuff.

Correct me if wrong, but isn't there some sort of "Classic" mode? I never really got into 2013 because it was quite tricky (2007 was my favourite), but I'm sure they added that.

I think that it just isn't as much fun as it used to be. A bit of micro management is OK but too much of it I find tedious if it doesn't offer obvious rewards.

would be great if in the new one you could manage in the style of classic champ. manager or chose the fm current game too. simple version v detailed, same game. would be class.

Good price but I agree with all of you, it stopped being fun a long time ago.
