In Co-op it was £3 for a good while and I got a good slig of it then. If you want to do the med' diet thing and do 2 dessert spoons of uncooked olive oil a day then this is a great gateway. If you don't do salad which you can drizzle it on try the mix of it mixed with balsami you can dip cubed bread into. They've shown it works better than statins and other similar things. And I'm the one doing research on your behalf to cut through the drivel like the "Clean Eating" crap that the Hemsley sisters or anyone that thinks coconut oil is good goes on about.

I bought this in the co-op in Italy once and took it back to the UK, then a few months later I saw it in the UK. Back then it was cheaper in Italy but now I don't know. It is disappointing to read it is a blend of olive oils from the EU though, misleading advertising to me at least.

The poster's avatar is of Alex Salmond, so, really the title should be changed from Olive Oil to Snake Oil.

A bargain, one of the few makes not investigated for alterations, just googled it on google .it. Beware of primadonna from lidl and bertolli too and some other popular Italian makes

Heat added at 1 Litre for £5 but I will stick with the oil from Crete at Waitrose. scroll down for reviews. In order to get the health benefits you need to use a high quality oil, I can't speak for this deal but the Cretian is probably the highest quality oil you can get at that price point.

Surely to be considered a quality oil is have to come from one region with some kind of quality regulation. This is like a blended scotch whisky.
