Full HD quality images
The EH-TW6100 is the ideal projector for film enthusiasts, gamers and sports fans who want to watch Full HD content on the big screen in the comfort of their own home. Boasting highend features usually found in top-of-the-range models, the projector offers high definition 2D and 3D viewing that's easy to set up and use.
Epson’s 3LCD technology
The EH-TW6100 delivers a 40,000:1 contrast ratio and is enhanced by Epson’s 3LCD technology to provide superb quality images. An equally high White and Colour Light Output of up to 2,300 lumens means you can watch content during the day, without sitting in the dark.
Easy Set-Up
With five different colour modes and an auto-colour optimiser, you can enjoy your content rather than adjusting the menu settings. You can easily align projections with horizontal and vertical keystone correction to ensure a straight and correct image, and also use the split-screen function to watch two sources at the same time.
Embedded 10W speakers
The front facing ventilation system with low-noise fan means you are not subjected to distracting, uncomfortable hot air while watching content. The two embedded 10W speakers support content, while photos of past holidays and outings can be easily displayed using the slideshow function.
3D Content
3D content is noticeably bright thanks to Epson’s luminance enhancement technology. A simple press of a button converts 2D high definition films and video games into 3D, so you can experience even more 3D content. Thanks to the 3D depth adjustment function, depth perception and image quality is much more enhanced than previous Epson 3D projectors. Featuring a pair of lightweight, rechargeable Radio Frequency (RF) active shutter 3D glasses*2, included with the projector, you can enjoy content without interference. You can keep these industry standard glasses for future upgrades, and use them with other home projector and TV manufacturers.
Can use Samsung active 3d glasses with these projectors which can be bought cheap from amazon or used from webuy.com.

You say it's overpriced, but then ask for one for a pretty ridiculous price? Fact is this is a 3LCD full HD 3D projector from one of the biggest names in the game, at a great price. If you want a cheap, low light output DLP projector then I'm sure you will get one closer to your hopeful price range, but please don't call something overpriced when you clearly dont know much about projectors.

I find these things to be over-priced. Does anybody know of a full HD projector for below £300?

They seem overpriced until you look at the tech inside generally. DLPs have 2 million mirrors in about an inch square for instance each electronically controlled. The bulbs burn at ridiculous temperatures and have to be hand blown out of quartz to survive. Roll on LED projectors and cheaper, smaller DLP chips I say, that'll drop the price.
That said best I can do is £400 for an optoma HD141X. Good luck finding one cheaper

I got a refurbished (12 month warranty) optoma hd26 from Richer Sounds for £350 last month to replace my aging epson tw680, & it's ace, can really see the difference between 720p & 1080p, & having previously been underwhelmed by 3D on my tv & in the cinema, the 3d on it is fantastic too.

LCD projectors are not the best quality projectors these days, LED laser projectors are much better, run for 20,000 hours, are brighter, quieter, run cooler and use less power. They cost about 400-500 (Casio) and will be cheaper over 5 years than any LCD model. LCD projectors are old technology now and are not being improved on.

It makes me laugh when people vote cold on items they actually know nothing about ... this should be soaring at this price.

Not really, for that price you can get a better CASIO LED/Laser projector.

Good price for a quality projector. I personally wouldn't have one, the last mid spec Epson 3LCD based projector we had ended up driving me mad with dust contamination within the optics. At least with DLP the light engine is relatively sealed but then again the cheaper examples are prone to rainbow effect (in my opinion even with the dust issues LCD based projectors are superior image wise)

Just be sure to have a well ventilated room. These things are like blow heaters.
