I've been considering a petrol trimmer over the weekend, but saw this this morning and thought I'd give it a try. Aldi are easy for returns if it's rubbish, but I've just used it for a couple of hours on a badly overgrown hedge and it performed very well.
Seems to be a lot less faff than a petrol, but watch out for the cable.
900 watts.
Quite a long flex, but can't say if it's 10 metres.
90 degree pivotable head.
3 year guarantee.
It was priced-up at £59.99 but scanned for £49.99. There were about a dozen on display.
Product code 61604.

Nothing like a nicely trimmed bush, is there?

Any idea about the pole length and reach on these? Got some high'ish conifers that need a trim up, damn near broke my neck using ladders last year with a standard size hedge trimmer.
