Overpriced tat. Was really disappointed with the quality of a lot of stuff we bought in the shop over the last few years. Seems they are prepared to put the badge on any rubbish.

Have to say I agree with comments re quality, definitely not as good as it used to be. Also, not great cusomer service. I was bought a zipped shoulder bag as a b'day gift and it split at the seam after only a couple of months. I took it into the store and was subjected to an interrogation when I said it was obviously faulty. Not offered refund, just a credit note. Fortunately the sale was on and I bought a couple of nice tote bags.....but not impressed and won't be rushing back for more!
