Anyone got any tips on storage, last time I just rolled the top of the bag and put a peg on it like I do with my rice and stored it in the cupboard, but it had gone mouldy with in 6 weeks. my cupboards are clean and dry and I've got a bag of white flour which I've had for ~6 months and that still seems fine by comparison. however at this price I'll still take a punt even if I only get a month out of it, I'll just fill my freezer with chapatti lol. heat from me

Best storage is to get a bucket with tight lid and pour in that last for ages cause it works for me
