for venting outside
The "condenser" works poorly and you still have lint in your kitchen all over the place so if you need a tumble dryer invest in the real version
I recommend Bosch or if you can afford it a more efficient heat pump condenser which are quite expensive.
But this is a fab price as the vent hose alone is usually upwards of a fiver

I purchased a similar product from homebase (for a lot more money) and its 100% completely useless. There was much more water condensed on the floor around the box than in the box itself.

I got one of these and thought it was OK, my dryer is in the out house near back door so I just used to leave door open but over time you could see the buildup of fluff and walls a bit damp, still leave door open now and this catches all the fluff and no damp walls

Filter should catch most of fluff ..
Which dryer brand you got

oh it's a really cheapo Bush one from Argos outlet, only use it on odd occasions really and never expected it to be fantastic, but it does dry my stuff quick when I need them

Can this be used on an air conditioning unit ?

Errrrrr..... Nope!
Aircon needs to be in a sealed room with the hot air blown out into the surroundings. Any other arrangement will only serve to heat up the room.

I just stick the hose out of the window after a bad experience with one of these... Great price but not too good (just in my experience) at keeping condensation contained.
My built in washer/dryer has a proper condenser dryer but it loves to crease and fry clothes instead of dry them

Good price, but rarely do these ever claim to work very well!

These also work if you have a kitchen extractor hood that isn't vented outside (I.e. Semi detached house and it's on the wrong wall
