*Others have had email but credit stacking not currently working*
here's to hoping it's just a delay with the system updating.
I had to go through live chat and be redirected to a pantry specialist - it took longer than I'd hoped but at least it's being honoured.
customer services said they are having technical problems but are working on it right now. They have said they can manually add the promotion if contacted with an order number but think the problem should be resolved soon. - emzi27
Amazon gave you £3 pantry credit for not getting next day delivery. This is well known. (this has now ended in favour of £1 digital credit.)
Now you can combine your pantry credit rather than it being one £3 credit per order. So if you have some pantry credit stocked up, it can all be used in one order.
I hope this makes sense to Prime and pantry users!
I have never used pantry but have racked up a lot of £3 credits from prime day which were never going to get used until this happened. At this rate I'll get far >£79 in free groceries!
We're writing about the recent "No Rush Delivery" promotion for £3 off your next Pantry order that you recently received.
We wanted to let you know that these credits have now been combined, so the multiple £3 credits that you received will now be applied to a single Pantry order.

Does anyone know if this credit has expired please? I'm lost

It's great to make it sound like I've done really well, and I'm all for it. Nearly all my purchases to get the credit were 20% off warehouse prices too.
HOWEVER without prime I simply wouldn't have purchased any of these things and I'd still have all of that money :smile: (pokemon) but then what's it for anyway if not spending on pointless crap (and that is certainly the HUKD spirit)

perhaps my experience on this could be useful for some. I contacted amazon pantry team asking my balance (because I can't find them online) and I said I want to understand how it works. he explained about the box and £2.99 delivery but he said if I order now, he will give me free delivery. so eventually I used all of my credits in one order with free delivery, got wine chocolate frozen Mojito etc, delivered next day. happy days

I don't think they know what they are doing. I was told to place the order and they would apply the credit manually which I did and was asked to wait and then suddenly a guy called Craig came on and started explaining the no rush credit process randomly and said they couldn't apply it as there were too many people complaining and we would have to wait. He said the advisers saying it can be added manually are wrong and he is reporting them their managers as they are just guessing the solution.
"Craig: You are slightly lucky in the sense I am the one that started this investigation so I know exactly what I am doing where as the others are just guessing by the looks of it. I will report all of them that has given you false information I can understand the frustration. I will be in touch within 3 days, I will also send you an email to confirm I have set you up on my system as well."
This is the follow up email.
This is Craig from Amazon it was a pleasure speaking with you.
From your chat, I understand that you are not able to place all your pantry credits in the one order even though the email you received said you could. I raised this issue myself this morning and I am awaiting an update on how we proceed.
We are currently aware of this issue and are waiting for further information. As soon as I have this information, I will update you accordingly. Please expect a further update within 3 business days. Please be aware that this is the maximum amount of time it will take for us to update you.
I guess we just wait.

If you add 4 items from this page you should get free delivery, if you have a pet they have cat and dog treats for £1 so you'd end up with 4 packs of treats for £1 taking into account the free delivery when buying them, other household bits there too.
Putting 4 packs of dreamies cat treats in the basket and it's not giving me free delivery :disappointed:

My purchases were showing that I only had a £3 discount when I knew I had 3 x £3 credits so I went onto live chat and the contact said he would combine all 3 if I gave him the order number. He stayed connected whilst I did this and £9 was deducted when I refreshed the page. It only took a couple of minutes. He did confirm that there was technical difficulties which was why it did not happen automatically.
