Seems like a bit of a wild goose chase. You can get a used copy from GAME for £19.99 and I'm certain you could find Toad for under £7 somewhere.

Book 1 - Very enjoyable, original and creative.
Book 2 - A rehash of Book 1
Book 3 - "Best Of" stages
Nintendo should have just released Captain Toad's stages as a DLC for Mario 3D World because it's pretty much a mini-game at best. Even the final stage (Mummy Me Maze Forever) where you go through 50 levels that's extremely easy so.. yeah.

I still have nightmares about it! It's hands down the hardest level I've played in a Mario game.

It still bothers me that they never actually released a Captain Toad Amiibo. The Smash one is fine and dandy but I want my Captain Toad!!!

It would be one of the most desired Amiibo's for sure, still time for a Captain Toad, Waluigi, Daisy, Goomba, Flying Goomba, Dry Bones, Shy Guy, Larry Koopa, and so many others... perhaps Nintendo are holding back on some of these for the 2nd generation of Amiibo figures for the next console?
