Don't really know of any sites but based on my experience, I can rank a few according to the following:
1 - Chanel Allure Homme Sport
2 - Armani Aqua Di Gio (Parfum)
3 - Armani Code
4 - D & G The One
5 - Armani Diamonds
6 - Issey Myake
7 - 212 Men by Carolina Hererra
8 - Davidoff Coolwater
9 - Eternity
10 - Paco Rabbane - That gold one
Lacoste used to do a Coolplay (Blue one), was really nice but it's now discontinued.
Againt, based on my experience... would love to hear other people's preferences...
I got this summer last year, and with about a 3rd of the bottle left, it smells different now, and not in a good way... almost like its gone off already. Was bought from Boots too, so sure mine wasn't a fake.

Yeah that and basenotes are big sites but I can't find a way to rank scents in either. Peculiarly on basenotes you can rank by things like user but not the actual thing (the scents) the site is about.
