lead him to the stairs then slowly go down stairs to the side (note he has to be on the stairs) hit him with just R1 no combo

No to access the DLC you go to Cathedral Ward, go out the door on the left and then head towards the steps on the right. dont go up but go to the right and big beast will pick you up and take you to the DLC

Ah poo bums I just got it pre-owned from CEX for £22! Standard edition too! Heat for this!
I got Dark Souls on 360 and hated it, no matter how much I stuck with it, it just never clicked for me. This on the other hand, feels much more accessible, and even though my character dies a lot, I seem to learn stuff overtime I perish.

Just finished Dark souls 3, last time I was playing this my console broke and I lost all my data and sold it haha. Great price for game and all DLC so will pick it up again.
